Amazing stay with my pup!
Our service dog was treated like royalty with all the doggy perks. Stay was super cozy and modern—felt right at home! We loved being steps away from cool outdoor dining spots. Just wish there were more parking options, but we managed. Can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect for a Solo Stay
The hotel had this amazing cozy vibe with everything we needed in the room like a fridge and yummy artisan coffee that was honestly a highlight for my morning. The gym was tempting even if I didn’t actually use it, and it was super clean which made it feel welcoming, and the staff were just the right amount of friendly, not overbearing but always there when I needed help.

I stayed in the Rambler single king room. It was nice and cozy with a good vibe. The bed was super comfy, felt like a cloud! I appreciated having a fridge and microwave for snacks. The bathroom was clean but the shower pressure could've been better. Loved the stylish decor too, really added to the atmosphere. Overall, solid room for a solo ski trip!

Grayson's kindness will amaze you
The workspace was a blessing during the snowstorm, allowing me to catch up on work. Grayson’s extraordinary help when I was injured turned a tough situation into a heartwarming memory.
However, the lack of elevator access made navigating with luggage tricky, especially after my injury. The food options were sparse, forcing us to drive for meals when we hoped to relax.

Fantastic cozy vibe with an exceptional breakfast
I had a lovely stay for one night in a Deluxe Rambler room. The cozy ambiance and meticulous attention to room details made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast spread was exceptional, featuring freshly baked pastries, a variety of organic juices, and delicious smoked salmon. The staff was always friendly and attentive, which added to the positive experience. However, while the hot tub was a nice amenity, I wished it had longer hours for evening use.

The location was convenient for accessing Donner Lake and nearby attractions. The room was clean, and I loved the cozy vibe it had. However, the coffee provided was quite weak and the dining options could use improvement, as I found the food to be overpriced for what it was. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but a few aspects could be better.
